We ship internationally to all countries. For both free and paid deliveries, any customs or taxes are the customer's responsibility. While we aim for timely delivery, international shipping may occasionally experience delays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or make changes. However, if the product has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email or sms text with a tracking link to follow your delivery progress. Which courier service do you use? All our deliveries are handled by DHL and Getcourier. DHL is our courier for worldwide shippings. Getcourier is our courier for Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia shippings.
If no one is available, the courier will contact you to arrange a redelivery or hold your package at the nearest depot for collection.
Return and Exchanges
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery as long as it meets the following requirements:
Once we receive your package at the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing. If the return doesn’t meet the conditions, it will be sent back to you. When your return is accepted, a refund will be issued, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are not covered by LULU. Use a reliable service with tracking.

We accept exchanges for items in their original condition, with tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order. You must ship the item back to us within 14 days of initiating the exchange; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your new order will be processed and shipped. If your return does not meet the conditions listed in our return policy, the package will be sent back to you. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns and exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Payment and Refunds
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is received at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
Please note that a flat return shipping fee of €40 will be deducted from the refunded amount. For further details on bank processing times, please contact your bank directly.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your return is accepted. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
International orders may incur customs or tax fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
